Support Request: Homepage Not Loading
I have 2 computers running SiteKiosk Classic. One is running fine and opening the homepage as directed. The other is hanging on a screen that says "Loading..." at the top. I have uninstalled and reinstalled Site Kiosk at least twice. Our IT department has checked all of our firewall and other security settings and have added SiteKiosk as an exception with no change except that it was previously hanging on the vault screen. The computer with this issue is running Windows 10 Pro which is up to date. I am using the Chrome browser which is up to date as well. I am out of ideas of what the problem is.
